Jaimee brings a unique combination of legal expertise and hands-on agribusiness experience to her practice in Property, Agribusiness Law and Wills & Estates at RMB Lawyers. Based in Parkes and also available to meet with clients in Forbes and Dubbo. Before entering legal practice, she spent a decade working across commodity trading, cotton ginning and agribusiness banking, including with ANZ and Commonwealth Bank, and continues to have a strong connection to rural life through her family farming operation near Walgett.
Jaimee has practised commercial, property and regulatory law across regional NSW and Queensland, with experience in rural conveyancing, farm acquisitions, water licences, commercial contracts, carbon and renewable energy projects, farm succession and asset protection planning. She also has experience in commercial litigation, debt recovery, building disputes and enforcement proceedings, as well as drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, loan and security documents and business sale agreements. Her practical understanding of agricultural businesses enables her to provide commercially focused legal advice grounded in the realities of operating in rural and regional Australia.
When Jaimee is not assisting rural clients at RMB’s Central West offices, she is researching obscure ski destinations and using her finely tuned negotiation skills to convince her husband to join her.
